Our chicken hind-quarters are seasoned with our own award-winning seasonings and barbecued in our own rotisserie smokers to that perfect golden-carmelized state that makes the skin crispy and the meat juicy and moist, but imfused with the great Rocky Mountain slow-cooked, smoked flavoring.
The pork ribs and beef brisket are marinated for 24-hours in one of our dry seasonings or rubs allowing the flavors to meld with the meat while also tenderizing it. The meat is then placed in our smokers and basted many times with one of Rocky Mountain’s Award-Winning Sauces. By the time the meat is removed from our smokers, it is boasting with the aroma of hickory wood and bursting with flavorful juices that echo the hours of careful infusing of Rocky Mountain’s award-winning sauces.

Barbecue Dry Marinade – Originally created for Boston Markets, this “just barbecued” flavor makes anything taste like it just came out of a real barbecue. Onion, garlic, paprika and other spices leave your taste buds wanting more.
Garlic & Herb Dry Marinade – A savory blend of garlic, parsley, rosemary, sage, basil and ginger.
