Ingredients:
1 large beef sirloin tip roast
Rocky Mountain Products Bar-B-Que Dry Marinade Seasoning
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups Rocky Mountain Products Honey Bourbon Sauce
1 cup beer
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle all sides of meat with dry seasoning and place in a 13-by-9 inch baking pan.
Separate onion into rings and place on top of meat. Combine barbecue sauce and beer; pour over meat and onions.
Cover with foil and bake for 3 1/2 hours. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, then cut into slices. Top with pan juices and cooked onions.
