Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breast halves
Rocky Mountain Products Herb and Garlic Dry Marinade Seasoning
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Season the chicken with seasoning, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan cheese. Place in a shallow baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Makes 6 servings.
