| Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin |

A very simple recipe for a pork tenderloin roast. Toss some new potatoes and quartered onions coated with the sauce and seasoned with salt and pepper in the pan with the roast and you have a delicious one-pan meal!

1 1/2 to 2 lb. Pork Tenderloin Roast 1/2 cup Rocky Mountain Honey Mustard Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat tenderloin well with sauce. Place
tenderloin in a shallow pan and roast for 35-40 minutes, until meat
thermometer inserted register 155-160 degrees F. Slice to serve.
