Make Rocky Mountain's Sauce your secret meatloaf ingredient.

Ingredients 1 lb. lean ground beef • 2 eggs • 2 cups cracker crumbs • Salt and Pepper 1/2 cup Rocky Mtn. sauce (Honey Bourbon, Apricot or BBQ) • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (if preferred)
Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Place in a loaf pan, round over edges with fingers. Pour another 1/4 cup or so of the sauce over the top of the meat or you can make 3 or 4 finger size holes into meatloaf and then pour in your favorite sauce. Bake about 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
