The Rocky Mountain Korean Kalbi is fantastic on short ribs!

Ingredients 1 Tbsp. Rocky Mountain Oriental Seasoning (per lb. of meat) 1 lb. Short Ribs (cut no more than 1/2” thick) 3oz. Rocky Mountain Korean Kalbi sauce (per lb. of meat)
Directions Coat thinly sliced short ribs evenly with Oriental seasoning. Measure sauce and pour into deep tray. Allow ribs to sit in seasoning and sauce for at least 1 hour refrigerated. Place on a grill over medium heat approximately 2 min. a side for 1/2” thick short ribs. If using a broiler approximately 2 min. per side.
