Shelly's Awesome Lamb Chops with Honey Mustard Glaze
Ingredients
12 baby lamb chops
Rocky Mountain Honey Mustard Sauce
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat grill to high. Brush chop with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Right before removing from grill, brush RMP Honey Mustard Sauce on both sides of chops to caramelize. Remove from grill before sauce chars.
