Todd's Uncle Hoppe spent his life time trying to duplicate a BBQ rib sauce from a childhood memory. The ribs were so popular that if you didn't order by 9 am, you missed out on lunch. After many years of refining this recipe, Todd finally mastered the taste of the BBQ rib sauce that his uncle remembered.
